A Walk on the Wild Side

No one will go for a walk with me anymore.

They say my mind is twisted and I don’t see the world like normal people do.

I don’t disagree. Especially when I have a camera with me. I am always looking for architectural lines, shapes, textures, patterns – perceptual bits and pieces that with just the right glance can take on a life of their own.

Alley Oops #46: “Ass-kew”

My Fujifilm X-T2 mirrorless camera got so confused taking this picture that it malfunctioned, and now I have to send it to a service center in New Jersey for repair.

Note segments of the donkey sign and the telephone pole splayedย across the image like a cubist painting.

Bummer, but at least it’s still under warranty.
