This is one of those rare ones I don’t think I’d want to live next to. It’s almost good, but ultimately a miss. I think it’s the face that’s not thought out.
I like the contrast of the busy mural, the unbelievably blue sky and the stark mustard building as well as the shadow of the tree across the left side of the mural. What the heck is at the end of his beard? A Hershey’s kiss? I can’t make it out with my old eyes.
“Whatever comes to mind” … hmnn. A mind is a terrible thing to waste and I knew I should have taken better care of mine. Lord knows what might result if I let mine “go to brush.” 🙂

Yeah, I can’t figure it out, although the same artist has some other pretty good murals.

I was drawn to the contrasts too, including the patterns in the windows. My old eyes get tired trying to piece it all together. 🙂

It’s sheer fantasy and visual “stream of consciousness.” Whatever comes to mind goes to brush … cool but defies any interpretation. Good get, Oops.

Interesting that he has TWO mouths open just waiting to get their lips on that stem glass full of a golden elixer…
