Pretty damn cool, Oops. The book title is “Turn the page,” while the pry bar opening the other figure’s “heart” is stamped “What do I see in you?”. Not sure what the bird represents … looks more like a duck than a dove, though a dove fits more with the theme. Where did you find this gem?
An old abandoned train depot had been converted into a ceramics studio, complete with kilns out back. I wandered around poking my camera into individual artist’s studios. I agree, dove works better than a pigeon or duck. š
